ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

1.

 Enroll with our secure Online Application or use our Printable Application & return with full payment, medical information and a wallet size school picture or any other small snapshot to KJK Productions, PO Box 827, Jefferson Valley, NY 10535. Please fill out one form for each child.
2. Orientation will be held at the Yorktown Jewish Center for all sessions.

Junior Camps (Ages 6-11)
  Junior A June 15 (Tuesday)     4pm - 6pm @ Yorktown Jewish Center
  Junior B June 15 (Tuesday)    6pm - 8pm @ Yorktown Jewish Center

June 16 (Wednesday)    4pm - 6pm @ Yorktown Jewish Center
Teen Camps (Ages 12 & Up)
  Teen A June 22 (Tuesday)    4pm - 6pm @ Yorktown Jewish Center
  Teen B June 22 (Tuesday)    4pm - 6pm @ Yorktown Jewish Center

ALL APPLICANTS ARE ACCEPTED TO OUR PROGRAM.
Camper Orientation is scheduled for both staff and participants.
There is NO ORIENTATION for Parents.
All campers must attend the ENTIRE orientation.
 
Past workshop participants must attend the orientation.
No child will be permitted to attend the orientation unless payment is made in full.
Junior Camp & Camp D participants must prepare 16 bars (small segment) of any song from any show we are doing (Disney or show music). Please bring sheet music for their own selection. Please, NO pop/radio music.
Teen Camp participants must prepare a one-minute memorized monologue/poem or improvisation and 16 bars of any song. PLEASE bring sheet music if you are not singing fromm shows we are doing. Please, NO pop/radio music or Disney for teen camps.

3.
Informational sheet on camper requirements (costume, lunch, etc.) will be mailed to each parent and will also be available online by June 21, 2010.
4. Script & Role Assignment

Junior Camp Participants will receive their scripts and roles during the first few days of camp.

Teen Camp Participants will receive their script/role via email either on or before the following dates:
  Teen A June 28
  Teen B July 19
 

 

 
Please make sure that we have an email address for both the camper and parent!

  9:30 am - 4 pm

Drop Off & Pickup
  We ask you to please cooperate to reduce congestion and prevent traffic problems.
 


 Junior Camps
  

Drop off: 8:45-9am

Pickup: 2:45-3pm

 
 
*Early drop off or late pickup can be arranged for an extra fee, please e-mail for more details.
 
 
 
Teen Camps
 Drop off: 9:15-9:30am
Pickup at 3:45-4pm


 

*New Early Drop off / late Pick up early drop-off: Junior camp: 7:30am-8:45am, Teen camp 7:30am-9:15am late pick-up: 3pm-6pm Junior camp, 4pm-6pm Teen camp (5:30pm on friday’s for both camps)

Junior camp: If dropped off between 7:30 and 8:30am, the charge is $10. If dropped off between 8:30 and 9:00am, the charge is $5.

If picked up between 3 and 4pm, the charge is $5. If picked up between 4 and 5pm, the charge is $10. If picked up between 5 and 6pm, the charge is $15.

Teen camp: If dropped off between 7:30 and 8:30am, the charge is $10. If dropped off between 8:30 and 9:30am, the charge is $5.

If picked up between 4 and 5pm, the charge is $5. if picked up between 5 and 6pm, the charge is $10.


This may be paid for in advance or per day the service is needed. When
dropping off or picking up, please sign-in/sign-out your camper(s).

 In order to comply with the rules of our rental agreement at the Yorktown Jewish Center, we ask each of our participants in Junior Camp Workshops to bring a meatless, healthful lunch and snack each day.
